Yes, 100%. But in the rare incidence a client is a danger to themselves or others, or if a Child is being abused and if you tell me of historical abuse, I am required by law to notify the authorities.
Ethically, I will require a supervisor who oversees my work.

Yes, a minimum of 48hrs notice prior to session otherwise fee still has to be paid.

I will be offering take-home exercises to my life coaching clients and some of my counseling clients.

With psychotherapy, we delve into past events looking for certain behavioral patterns that manifest in your life today, and we look for the root cause.

Whereas, life coaching we still ask the hard questions without going to the root cause, but rather we collaborate to change the narrative so that you can move forward in your life.

Psychotherapy is past orientated, Life coaching is future orientated.
